             order and served individually.

           In the reference 1st & 2nd cited, the services of all Contract Teachers who were engaged on
contract basis for the academic year 2014-15, were terminated on the last working day i.e.,
23.04.2015, 14.05.2015, 30.04.2015 & 15.05.2015.
Based on the report of the District Coordinators, TSWREIS, Zone-VI, the services of the
Contract Teacher services are renewed w.e.f. 12.06.2015 [Names and place of postings are
enclosed in the Annexure] for the academic year 2015-16.
The Principal concerned is hereby directed to collect the Agreement along with Guarantee
Bond from the Contract Teachers and admit the individuals. The remuneration should pay as per
the contract agreement and as per the rules in force and send compliance report to this office
immediately. If any Contract Teacher fails to report on the schedule date.
The Contract Teachers are further informed that the Contract Services will be terminated
without any prior notice to the Contract Teacher if he/she is found to be prima-facie guilty of any
insubordination, intemperance, moral turpitude or other misconduct or of any breach or non
performance or if otherwise found unsuitable for the efficient performance of his/her duties.
